What does the HPGO transformation program entail?
- Comprehensive HPGO diagnosis
We begin with an in-depth analysis through an online questionnaire and in-depth interviews. This diagnosis uncovers strengths and areas for improvement, specifically addressing the challenges and opportunities within the public sector. - Training of internal HPGO coaches
Following the diagnosis, we train selected employees to become HPGO coaches. These coaches receive intensive training in the HPGO framework and learn how to support and sustainably integrate improvement initiatives within your organization. - Review/Preview meetings
Every three months, we evaluate progress and plan future actions. These meetings are essential to maintain transformation momentum and stimulate continuous growth and adaptation within the organization. - Subsequent HPGO diagnosis
Approximately one and a half to two years after the start, we conduct a new diagnosis to evaluate the impact of the implemented changes and identify new areas for improvement.
