A.Terms of payments

All amounts are exclusive VAT (if applicable). Payments within 30 days.

Applicable law of this agreement between HPO Center and the client shall be solely subject to Dutch law. Terms and conditions of the HPO Center are disposed at Kamer van Koophandel (Chamber of Commerce), Gooi en Eemland, Hilversum.  Any disputes arising from this agreement to which these General Terms and Conditions apply will in the first instance exclusively be submitted to the District Court in The Hague.
The parties will not turn to the courts until they have made every effort to resolve a dispute in constructive consultation.

B. Procedure for annulment and displacement
The procedure around annulment and dissolution is defined in the general conditions of the Center for Organizational Performance BV deposit by the Chamber of Commerce in The Netherlands (number: 32128082).

Annulment:
For annulments one month before the start of a project out-of-pocket cost are charged. Annulments after the start of a part of the program will be charged 50% of the total investment amount. Annulment during the project, by circumstances which are out of the control of the HPO Center, will be charged the full amount.

Rescheduling:
Rescheduling of the activities, as described in this proposal, is possible through a written declaration up to one month before the start of a part of the program. The HPO Center charges no costs up to one month before the start of a part the project.
Rescheduling within the period from four weeks, up to two weeks for commencement, will be charged at displacement 50% of the total amount. At rescheduling within the period of two weeks for commencement, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
