Transforming HPO Recommendations into HPO Actions

The scores and advice from the HPO diagnosis provide a picture of the HPO factors within your organization (or organizational unit). They provide a clear picture of your strong and weak HPO customers. In order to translate the diagnosis into the correct improvement focus, each point of improvement must be analyzed regarding the mechanisms in the organization that maintain this point. This requires time and attention for before you initiate action. Good dialogs about the cause of these mechanisms within the organization are an essential component of successful HPO implementation. With the aid of the detailed benchmark results and internal analysis you can begin to work on these mechanisms.

HPO Actions
The objective of our Center is to continue to support customers even after the HPO Diagnosis. Based on the comprehensive recommendations, we like to offer customers possibilities to translate these into HPO actions. We give advice about leadership and team development programs, simplifying and strengthening performance management processes, how to deal with "non-performers," focus on the correct improvement courses, etc.
